1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In case of high order volume or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain disruptions or weather events), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays directly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 28 India states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@rafifintech.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund if necessary.
